“Nakauwi ka na ba?”

On one unfortunate day, Annie was going through a hard time and asked a friend for some company. That friend, Makmak, was the only one who responded and tried too look for a place where he can hang out with Annie. He saw his cousin, who turned out to be Rusty and asked if they could hang out at his place. Rusty said yes and although Annie was pre-occupied about her problems, she made a mark. After that night, Rusty messaged Annie, “Nakauwi ka na ba?” and all their conversations started from there. Turns out, they were both in one circle of friends and Rusty has been checking out Annie’s socials for more than a year already. Our story begins with the question, “Nakauwi ka na ba?” and begins again with the statement,

“Tara, uwi na tayo.”
